As with any business, there must be rules.  We try to keep them to a minimum.

• No unsupervised children.
• Any unsupervised children will be given a free Espresso and a very large puppy.
• All riders and visitors must sign a liability waiver release. 
• Ride/visit at your own risk.
• Please practice safe riding and consider a helmet and approved footwear.
• All lessons must be posted on the lesson board.
• Lessons take priority but do not have exclusive use of the arena. *Please do not double book lessons.
• All trainers must be preapproved by management and provide proof of liability insurance.
• Riders pass left shoulder to left shoulder in the arena.
• If working on a circle, leave room for riders to follow the wall on the outside of your circle.
• Only one horse may lunge when riders are present in the arena.
• If there are no riders in the arena, two horses may lunge at the same time.
• No free lunging PLEASE.
• Please limit lunging time to 20 minutes.
• All horses must be kept under control.  If your horse is particularly naughty and rambunctious consider waiting until the arena is not in use to work him/her out of courtesy.
• Jumps may be used in arena during non-peak hours but must be put away when finished.
• No unattended horses in grooming areas or arenas!  Momentary absence is fine, but remember that grooming areas are limited and someone may be waiting.  Bored horses can be destructive.
• If your horse paws, rolls, or pees in the arena, please rake the area immediately.  Please wipe nose prints off mirrors. 
• Please pick up manure in the riding arenas following each ride.
• When walking a horse in the arena please stay on the rail.
